I find this Gizmodo article about the various sizes of the different Enterprise's strangely interesting.

It's certainly a different geek perspective than the usual warp bubbles and anti-matter technobabel. "Dude! How big is Captain Kirk's TV?"

Since I just finished seeing the new Star Trek movie it seems fitting of course. And how was the movie itself? Well I suppose I found it quite satisfying. :)
